Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer wash, dry & fold, ironing and free local collection and delivery. 
Commercial and domestic laundry welcome.

Q: How do you keep me safe?
A: I hold a current and valid DBS Certificate, and launder your clothes in a professional, clean and smoke free environment. We use high quality products and washes to attain the best results.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We’re based in Newport, South Wales, and offer FREE collection and delivery throughout Newport, with a £5 fee for the surrounding areas including Cardiff East, Usk, and Cwmbran.

Q: Do I need to be home for collection or delivery?
A: Not necessarily! Just let us know a safe place to collect or drop off your laundry and we’ll handle the rest.

Pricing & Payments

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our prices vary by service. View our full price list on our website (top header).

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We offer discounts for commercial clients depending on regularity and size of order, as well as 15% off for emergency workers when producing their Blue Light Card. New customers also enjoy special offers from time to time.

Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer. Details will be provided with your invoice.

Laundry Specifics

Q: How long does it take?
A: Most laundry is returned within 48–72 hours. We'll confirm turnaround time when we collect.

Q: What items can I send?
A: In domestic packages, you can send any item of clothing from socks and pants to skirts and sweaters! Bedding and home textiles are chargeable per item. If you need this, do get in touch.

Q: Do you wash items separately?
A: Yes, we never mix loads between customers. Your laundry is always handled and cleaned separately for hygiene and peace of mind.

Q: Do you offer ironing services?
A: Yes! Ironing can be booked as a standalone service or added to any order for an additional fee. Just let us know at the time of booking.

Q: What if I have special instructions?
A: No problem—just leave us a note or mention it when booking. We're happy to accommodate specific detergent requests, fabric care preferences, etc.

Q: How do I book a collection?
A: You can message us via Facebook, call/text/WhatsApp, or book through our website. We’ll confirm your collection slot.

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We serve Newport and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we cover your postcode, just drop us a message.

Q: Can I schedule regular pickups?
A: Absolutely. We offer one-off and recurring pickups for busy households or businesses.
